Please note that although announced at the same time as macOS Big Sur, Apple Silicon processors are an independent release with separate compatibility concerns for NI products. Compatibility with macOS Big Sur will not yet ensure compatibility with Apple Silicon processors. My new plug-in(s) don’t show up in Cakewalk Last updated on 3/22/2016. Damage vst free. SONAR supports both VST and Direct-X plug-ins. You will first need to determine which of these two types of plug-ins you have.

- Sonar users: make sure 'Scan at startup' is enabled in Preferences Locations VST Plug-ins Windows users: this may be the result of a VST cache issue. Create a sub-folder in your VST location, move the UVI Workstation plug-in DLL file there, then rescan your VST locations in the preferences of your DAW.
- The Plug-in could not be found message appears in the following situations: When you remove an external device from the VST Connections window although it is used in a saved project. When you transfer a project to another computer on which the external device is not defined. When you open a project that is created with an earlier version of Cubase.
